Europe's first 5G military test site, a result of LMT's collaboration with the Latvian National Armed Forces, has been featured in the latest edition of NATO Innovation and Technology magazine, NITECH.
The 4th edition of NATO Innovation and Technology (NITECH) magazine was published on December 11th. Among focusing on developing space in a secure environment and collaborating with industry in space, the latest edition also highlighted the 5G technology field.
In the magazine’s A New Security Environment section, Latvian Minister of Defence, Artis Pabriks, shares the country’s story of achieving rapid progress with developing IT and 5G innovations. The article delivers an overview of Latvia’s path from being a country with a recently restored independence towards becoming a thriving location for innovative 5G companies, such as LMT that delivers various services to customers in Europe and beyond.
