On February 10, 2025, LMT received a Global Mobile (GLOMO) Award nomination for AER in the Best Connected Consumer Device category. LMT’s AER smart smoke alarm and air quality monitor will compete against a diverse lineup of tech created by Chinese companies, including TECNO’s mini gaming PC and handheld device, ZTE and Tianyi’s AI-powered FTTR, and ZTE’s AI 5G FWA. The awards ceremony will be held at Mobile World Congress Barcelona on March 5, 2025, with 33 awards presented across seven categories.
GLOMO is the industry’s most prestigious accolade, judged by the most prominent subject matter experts. Thus, being shortlisted is a significant industry recognition and marks the nominees as brands to watch closely in the tech sector. The GLOMO Award will celebrate its 30th anniversary in 2025.
LMT’s AER smart smoke alarm and air quality monitor is a versatile two-in-one IoT device created to increase fire safety and help users maintain healthy indoor air quality. By leveraging advanced IoT technology and sophisticated sensors, AER addresses two significant concerns simultaneously: fire safety and indoor air pollution. It provides a comprehensive and reliable solution to safeguard homes and improve indoor air quality.
Since its launch, AER has made significant strides, starting with the local Latvian market and expanding its reach to international markets. Advanced and reliable home safety solutions are a growing need worldwide, making AER the perfect solution for anyone prioritizing safety, security, and smart home integration.
